By Vivo is reportedly working on a new smartphone. Recently a Vivo smartphone with model number V2456A appeared on China’s 3C and MIIT certification platforms. Apart from this, it appeared on Geekbench, confirming the Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 chipset. These listings hinted at an upcoming launch, but the full name was not revealed. However, V2456A has now appeared in China Telecom’s product library, confirming that it will be introduced as Vivo Y300 Pro+. The listing has revealed specifications, color options and price ahead of the March 31 launch date. Let’s know about Vivo Y300 Pro+ in detail.
Vivo Y300 Pro+ Price (Expected)
As per the listing, the Vivo Y300 Pro+ will launch in China on March 31, with sales starting on April 3. It will be available in three colour options Simple Black, Starry Silver, and Micro Pink. The smartphone is expected to be available in three configurations, with the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant priced at 1,799 CNY (roughly Rs. 23,575). The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant could be priced around 2,199 CNY (roughly Rs. 25,718), while the top-end 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at 2,499 CNY (roughly Rs. 29,576). However, these are not official prices so they may change at the time of launch.
Vivo Y300 Pro+ Specifications (Expected)
The Vivo Y300 Pro+ will get a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2392 x 1080 pixels) and 120Hz refresh rate. This smartphone will be equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. It is expected to have several configuration options including 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 512GB storage. This phone will have a 7,300mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.
For the camera setup, the phone has a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor at the rear. At the same time, a 32-megapixel front camera is expected for selfies and video calling. The Y300 Pro+ will run on OriginOS 5 based on Android 15. The smartphone will get an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. Talking about dimensions, this phone measures 163.4 mm in length, 76.4 mm in width, 7.89 mm in thickness and weighs 199 grams. iQOO has confirmed that it will launch the iQOO Z10 in India on April 11. The Z10 will have a 7,300mAh battery just like the Y300 Pro+. This suggests that the Z10 could be a rebranded version of the Y300 Pro+ for the Indian market.
