Airtel said that its AI based fraud detection system scans the links coming in SMS, social media, email and other browsers and identifies the suspicious links present in it and blocks them in just 100 milliseconds. According to the company, its system identifies more than one billion links every day.

As soon as the user clicks on that link, Airtel’s fraud detection system becomes active. If that link is found suspicious then the AI ​​system immediately blocks it. Not only this, Airtel also sends an alert message to the users.

The system is effective in these areas

The company informed that this security service warns all users in their preferred language. This includes Hindi language as well. AI based fraud detection system is becoming very effective in those areas where digital literacy is low or where people use English less. Airtel Jharkhand and Bihar CEO Sujay Chakraborty said that we are fully confident that this AI technology will provide complete protection to mobile users of Jharkhand and Bihar from cyber threats.
