The company claims that this battery pack can be charged from 10 to 100 percent in 3.6 hours with an AC charger and from 10 to 80 percent in 56 minutes with a DC fast charger. Tata Motors says that the Punch EV can provide a driving range of 315 km on a full charge. The higher variant has a 35 kWh battery pack, which can run up to 421 km on a single charge. According to the company, the Punch EV takes 9.5 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph. The running cost of Tata Punch EV is very economical. The company claims that its cost per kilometer is less than Rs 1.
